Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following job elements: Ability To Do the Work of the Position Without More Than Normal Supervision Ability to Drive Safely (Motor Vehicles) Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specifications, etc. (Related to Mobile Equipment Operation) Ability to Operate safely Operation of Motor Vehicles Reliability and Dependability as a Motor Vehicle Operator’ Work Practices Driver’s License: Must possess and maintain valid, state driver’s license, Class A or Class B, Commercial driver’s license (CDL).
This position is part of the National Archives and Records Administration, Facilities and Property Branch. Motor vehicle operators are responsible for the safe operation of trucks which typically have an approximate gross weight up to 32,000 lbs. and are used to transport cargo within National Archives facilities and other Government locations.
