You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is one year of experience at the GS-14 level or equivalent in other public or private sectors, that is directly related to the position as listed in this announcement and which has equipped the candidate with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes: – Planning and overseeing regional and national inspection/review projects, and coaching staff in the performance of such work; AND – Reviewing, editing, and revising the work of subordinate staff; AND – Conducting conferences (e.g., entrance and exit) and meetings with clients and other stakeholders; AND – Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis to provide quality assurance on programs/operations. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-15, you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks. Time After Competitive Appointment: Candidates who are current Federal employees serving on a nontemporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
