Naval Intelligence Command - Department of the Navy
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Utilize network and information technology to development intelligence collection systems; 2) Manage contracts and activities tasking for the development of both hardware and software for advanced intelligence collection systems ; 3) Analyze all phases of research, development, acquisition, program management, policy and procedures to ensure all intelligence collection needs are met; 4) Manage project planning, project schedules, technical guidance and budget requirements for acquisition efforts in support of an operational mission; 5) Manage project planning to govern acquisition and operational/mission efforts. Serves as an expert scientist, engineer, or mathematician at the GG-14 level and will perform complex and unique assignments regarding scientific and technical intelligence analysis and production relative to a broad field or critical area in engineering, biology, chemistry, geology, geophysics, mathematics, computer sciences, naval architecture, and etc for a major program/project. This position is located in Suitland, MD in the OFFICE OF NAVAL INTELLIGENCE.
