Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing a wide range of program management policies, concepts, practices, and principles to analyze and evaluate extensive operating programs in the department. Experience and familiarity with department processes, operations, equipment, safety and work practices to enable the incumbent to effectively conduct surveillances, gather data, evaluate, conduct analytical studies, and provide consultation and assistance to department managers and supervisors. Experience applying complex analytical problem-solving methods and techniques to identify interrelated program problems, draw conclusions, and recommend appropriate action to ensure program compliance. Experience utilizing management informant systems, office automation systems and processes, computer applications, principles, and techniques. Experience developing and implementing new automated systems for control and support of interrelated program operations and developing recommendations for improvement in program operations and objectives. Experience preparing and presenting present evaluations and recommendations regarding complex issues including the preparation and presentation of reports, charts, and graphs. Experience establishing and maintaining effective relationships with and facilitating cross functional teams utilizing knowledge of the principles of process.
