Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating knowledge and skill of agency cyber security (CS) standards, policies, and processes to analyze and advise on CS matters and evaluating the need for changes in existing policies and procedures; 2) Utilizing a wide range of IT and communication computer security techniques, requirements, methods, sources, and procedures in INFOSEC; 3) Implementing full range of IT security principles, methods, regulations, policies, products and services sufficient to develop specifications to ensure compliance with security requirements; 4) Applying the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for assessment and authorization initiatives to conduct a security assessment and attaining an Authority to Operate (ATO) for the Learning Site training networks; and 5) Implementing security controls, activities to attain an authorization for the site/system to operate within acceptable risk parameters, and continuous monitoring and assessment of a site or system for security relevant events and impacts.
