Specialized Experience: To qualify for this position you must possess one year of specialized experience which includes directing the activities of personnel engaged in the protection and enforcement of laws for an organizational unit. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Community Policing Installation Security, Access Control, and Traffic Management Investigation and Reporting Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).

This position serves as a Supervisory Police Officer enforcing military, federal and state laws/regulations, detects and investigates crimes, apprehends violators, and performs patrols within the jurisdiction of the military installation.
