Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: AND 1) Executing financial transactions and running reports in General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS); AND 2) Analyzing reports to identify errors and develop detailed program or financial plans; AND 3) Providing input on an organization’s operating budget, financed/unfinanced requirements, mid-year review, execution review, or year-end closeout; AND 4) Participating in all budget phases to include formulation, justification, presentation, and execution for an organization This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service NH-02 (or GS-11 equivalent).
