In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALAYST; Specialized Experience includes the following: Serving as the recognized authority for formulating and guiding cost analysis, acquisition support, earned value management for a wide variety of programs at various stages in the acquisition life cycle process; Conceiving, initiating, monitoring and/or conducting major products and studies of critical importance to decision makers; Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with the customers; Developing or promoting a comprehensive understanding of the cost analysis discipline with the customer and other members of the Program Office Team Developing and presenting convincing oral/written presentations to all levels of government and industry management.
