Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision. Ability to provide support services to end users.** Ability to perform quality assurance and reporting services for end users.** Ability to provide IT operations and project coordination support for an agency/organization.** Ability to provide customer service while exercising judgment and discretion. Ability to communicate in writing Ability to utilize reporting tools. Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
This position is located in IT End User Services Division, IT Partner Engagement Directorate, Office of the Chief Information Officer. The position description number for this position is 451078. The salary range indicated reflects the locality pay adjustments for the Washington, D.C., Metropolitan area. The incumbent of this position will work a Flextime, Compflex or Maxiflex schedule. This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position.
