Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) providing administrative assistance support in one or more of the following areas: training, medical readiness, personnel actions, financial actions, supply, or logistics; 2) coordinate logistical and training support with internal personnel and/or organizations; and 3) prepare various written correspondence to be briefed to organizational personnel. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07). Applicants who are current Federal employees or who are eligible for Reinstatement may be able to qualify with experience equivalent to the second lower grade, (GS-07). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Fundamentals and Operations of Military and Civilian Pay Organizational Awareness Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
This position is located at: 200th Military Police Command, 383rd Military Police Detachment, 733rd Military Police Battalion, 290th Military Police Brigade, Lakeland, FL. Description of working environment: Work is performed in an office setting. This position requires an active membership as a Soldier in the Army Reserve before a start date can be set.
