ND-04: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band ND-03 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing engineering/scientific work involving electronic circuits, circuit elements, equipment, systems, and/or associated phenomena concerned with electromagnetic or acoustical wave energy or electrical information for purposes such as communication, computation, sensing, control, measurement, and navigation. ND-03: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band ND-02 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in engineering/scientific work involving electronic circuits, circuit elements, equipment, systems, and/or associated phenomena concerned with electromagnetic or acoustical wave energy or electrical information for purposes such as communication, computation, sensing, control, measurement, and navigation. ND-02: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band ND-01 in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Basic knowledge of the science of electronics engineering, traditional engineering science disciplines (e.g., mechanical and chemical), physical science disciplines (e.g., chemistry and physics), mathematics, and computer science.
