In order to qualify, you must meet the education and experience requirements described below. For the CP-14: Incumbent must have at least 52 weeks of specialized experience to the CP-13/GS-15 level. Specialized experience is defined as 1) Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of strategic and contingency planning. 2) Expert knowledge of functional requirements for logistics operations, as well as impact on logistical policies and procedures. 3) Thorough knowledge of Federal procurement laws, policies, and regulations, as well as experience developing operational policies and standard operating procedures. 4) Experience managing budget operations, including budget formulation and execution. AND A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. All eligibility requirements must be met by the closing date of the vacancy announcement.
