Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-04 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Develop major proposals for needs of the agency, and be responsible for planning, directing, and achieving the success of a broad program; 2) Define objectives; interpret policies promulgated by authorities which are senior to the immediate supervisor and determine their effect on program needs; independently planning, designing, and carrying out work to be done; and serving as a technical authority; 3) Establish and maintain information flow with other using services relative to issues impacting airworthiness.
