Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work. To qualify for GS-12, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level: Preparing budget estimates or budget formulation documents for major internal operating programs; Developing cost information for a broad operating program; Analyzing fund expenditures or status reports and consolidating financial data for reporting purposes. As a Resources Analyst in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) at Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC), you will contribute to the budget formulation and budget execution processes on the project team. You will provide a range of business support to a variety of efforts including, but not limited to, Research and Analysis (R&A) and Mission Operations and Data Analysis (MO&DA) for flight projects and instrument development programs.
