Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing complex assignments involving Human Resources (HR) metrics and data analysis. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Researching and analyzing data for HR programs to identify issues and obstacles followed by proposed recommendations; 2) Lead a group of team members to complete projects or complex HR tasks; 3) Training lower level HR specialists on the staffing and recruiting operations; 4) Developing and delivering presentations on HR related subjects to educate customers; 5) Developing standard operating procedures, processing documents and/or job aids to provide guidance and support HR operations. You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & CLASSIFICATION) in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Assistant Commander for Corporate Operations, Human Resources Office, Recruitment and Classification Branch of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
