In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Applying engineering theories, concepts, principles, standards, and methods to formulate, advise on, and execute planning, design, modification, and implementation of processes, system standards, specifications, and metrics covering a wide range of complex utility systems program/projects; 2) Utilizing program/project management techniques to ensure proper coordination, planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting of utility projects; and 3) Prioritizing projects, within assigned installation, to address risk and meet program goals. You will serve as a INTERDISCIPLINARY UTILITY PROGRAM ENGINEER in the Public Works Department of NAVFAC NORTHWEST. This position may be filled as a Civil Engineer (0810), Mechanical Engineer (0830) or Electrical Engineer (0850).
