GS-11: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing information developed by the EEO complaint processing system, identification of trends, broad problems, and making recommendations for solutions. GS-09: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting with the administration of the EEO program with compiling, reporting, and fact-finding resolutions to EEO complaint processing systems.
