In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent grade level) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional engineer providing technical oversight and direction on research and development of Power and Energy or related systems in support of acquisition requirements, resources, or integration of emerging technology for the technological advancement of energy programs. You will serve as a ENGINEER in the Special Warfare & Expeditionary Systems Department (JX), Power and Energy Systems Division (JXM), Deputy Division Manager Branch (JXMD) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER located in Alexandria, VA. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.
