Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Serve as Civil Engineering Project Manager on a wide variety of complicated projects involving the most complicated Civil Engineering systems while assuring that projects are designed to meet the latest state of the art criteria and meets all operational, financial and timing constraints. A license to practice Engineering in a state or territory of the United States is desired.
