INSTRUCTIONAL SYSTEMS SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing course materials to train employees on pay and personnel services while applying analytical and evaluative methods to determine training effectiveness; 2) Providing training metrics to senior leadership about program needs, in addition to developing new approaches to training to meet future objectives; 3) Evaluating tasks against available technology to determine the most cost-effective method to meet training objectives; 4) Developing surveys to obtain feedback from students, supervisors, and instructors; and 5) Implementing processes that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of instructional programs.
