See technical qualifications TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS: The position requires a detail-oriented self-starter who can maintain strict confidentiality, work well with a number of senior staff members, and complete assignments in a timely manner. Candidates should have excellent judgment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to quickly perform requested legal and factual research using both electronic and manual library searches. Candidates must be able to balance multiple priorities and monitor and track internal deadlines and other aspects of OGCs work. Candidates will be evaluated on their total background, including experience, education, awards, and training. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or at least three years of experience working with legal matters. Candidates with law firm experience are preferred. Training or experience in litigation, government contracting, or ethics is desirable but not required. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a favorable outcome to a Tier 1 (NACI) investigation.
