For the NH-02: In order to qualify for this position you must meet the basic education requirement for this position outlined in the education section of this announcement (see below Education section). For the NH-03: In addition to the basic requirement your resume must also demonstrate at your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialist experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing Program Life Cycle cost estimates and analysis for weapon systems or other national security acquisitions. You will serve as a OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST (INTERDISCIPLINARY) in the Plans and Programs Division (SP10); Cost Estimating and Analysis Branch (SP17) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS.
