Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing internal and external placement services in order to recruit highly specialized and hard to fill positions; 2) Providing classification services and position management support in resolving problems for complex organizations; 3) Advising management on recruitment strategies, sources and use of special programs; 4) Providing recruitment and placement services, resolving problems, hard-to-fill positions; 5) Providing advisory classification services and position management support in resolving problems, preparing and reviewing position descriptions; and 6) Providing full range of staffing of staffing administrative services of the most complex type, requiring intensive research and analysis, such as resolving difficult and unusual pay setting issues, and allowances.
