Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS/GG-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Reviewing and analyzing financial documents in accordance with organizational requirements. 2) Assisting in the development and formulation of budget and estimates. 3) Researching accounting, budgetary, and financial information to prepare reports for higher graded specialists. 4) Assisting in the tracking and control of funds pertaining to payroll, cash control, or benefit systems. OR You have successfully completed a master’s or equivalent graduate degree. OR You have successfully completed two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master’s degree. You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst at the GG-09 grade level within the Budget and Accounting branch performing assignments and completing on-the-job/formal training related to accounting, travel, budgeting, budget execution, labor execution or programming for the Navy Information Operations Command (NIOC), located in Kunia, Hawaii.
