To qualify at the FV-I (FG/GS-13) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FV-H (FG/GS-12) level. Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes: Experience problem solving, researching, analyzing, and interpreting laws, regulations, guidelines, and procedures related to the various functions; Providing comprehensive customer service support on human resources liaison functions, including position management, classification, recruitment and staffing, and workforce planning. This position is located in the Organizational Guidance & Planning Team, AJV-A340. The Incumbent is responsible for analysis, development, and implementation of operational projects and studies of major significance to the Directorates programs. Serves as an advisor and principal assistant on a wide range of personnel matters, including performance management, awards, and various HR-related administrative functions.
