Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrating technical lead analyst researcher, both accomplishing research and documenting results. 2) Presenting analytic research to advise current project initiatives and future investments. 3) Monitoring and collecting data on capability development and making recommendations for improvements. 4) Recognizing problems and developing recommendations and solutions 5) Identifying partnership opportunities across the Department of Defense and other government agencies to expand and improve research and analytic capability and understanding of the mission environment. You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM COORDINATOR for the Target Analysis Cell within NAVAL SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT ACTIVITY.
