Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-13) or pay band (DA-05) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Leading an Integrated Program Team (IPT) in providing program management and risk management support for training systems; 2) Planning, directing, and evaluating acquisition, management, technical development, and financial control for a training systems program in terms of risk, performance, schedule and cost; 3) Planning for and synthesizing requirements of competency areas such as engineering, logistics, budget, contracts, configuration management, and other functional specialties into integrated strategies to support a training systems acquisition program; and/or 4) Monitoring progress, planning engagements and revising program planning to meet changing conditions for a training systems acquisition program.
