Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS/-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Carry out assignments, with supervision, regarding routine tasks to generate Geographic Information System (GIS) products using available commercial and Department of Defense (DoD) data sources; Use basis understanding of geography with a specific focus on the evaluation of potential constraints to operations as a function of topographic and environmental conditions; Create products depicting cross-country mobility, coast and landing beach movement, lines of communication, flood prediction and creation of themes for use with the Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB). You will serve as a Geographer at the GG-09 grade level working in an entry/developmental capacity performing assignments and completing on-the-job and formal training related to contributing to the planning, development, creation, and analysis of geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) products/data for the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity.
