Skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques to the identification, consideration, and resolution of issues or problems concerning efficiency and effectiveness in academic programs. The ability to deal with sensitive issues in a professional manner. Knowledge of functions, structure, and operations of an accredited, graduate-level academic organization. Willingness to work collaboratively with faculty and mentor students from various disciplines, cultures, and academic backgrounds. The Air University (AU) invites applications from qualified individuals for the position of Post-Doctoral fellow of Strategy and Security Studies. The incumbent will teach, conduct independent research activities, mentor students, conduct service and will be responsible for carrying out supporting learning activities to achieve organizational outcomes. This position reports to the Air University Chief Academic Officer.
