GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have experience, education or training which involves managing communications and computer systems required to implement the state command and control process. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-13 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as: Experience developing goals and objectives that integrate objectives into state short- and long-term operational plans. Experience exercising supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Experience directing, coordinating, and overseeing work through subordinate supervisors. Experience monitoring, reviewing and analyzing program implementation.
