FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing analytical or evaluative methods and techniques to determine requirements and recommended improvements for and efficient use of manpower and material resources on submarine and surface ship availabilities projects. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector assisting in performing analytical or evaluative methods and techniques to determine requirements for and efficient use of manpower and material resources on projects. You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT(Code300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY RANGES GS-09: $62,517 – $81,272 GS-11: $75,640 – $98,330
