Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Enforcing technical and administrative provisions related to the management of assigned construction contracts; 2) Interpreting the intent of contract documents (e.g., drawings and specifications) to make final engineering or architecture determinations on contract requirements; 3) Monitoring construction activity to ensure compliance with contract plans, specifications, and scheduling.; and 4) Conducting preconstruction conferences with contractors, designers, and activities to discuss technical or design aspects and challenges.
