For GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Resume must demonstrate the following specialized experience: Experience mastering a wide range of qualitative and quantitative analytical methods and techniques to identify, analyze, evaluate, and advise on complex problems and initiatives. Experience developing and overseeing the approval processes associated with compartmented operational plans and programs. Experience applying various asymmetric warfare strategies to assess and address complex challenges. Experience possessing comprehensive knowledge of pertinent regulations, policies, and instructions that impact compartmented operational planning processes. Experience with military operational concepts and the joint operational planning process. You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Office of the Executive Director (N01) in the Taluga Group MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
