Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Analyzing financial information using spreadsheets and various databases to formulate budget estimates, evaluate budget requests, report expenditures, perform research, and reconciliations for multiple programs, installations, functions, and special projects; 2) Utilizing electronic financial systems to manage accounting, budget, and other related financial management works; 3) Resolving a range of complex financial problems through the development of alternative solutions; 4) Reconcile financial reports to ensure all commitment, obligation, expenditure, and liquidation documents are accurately reflected in the database; and 5) Develops timely and accurate managerial accounting reports, budget execution reports, and financial management reports; and 6) Reconcile Government Purchase Card transactions.
