Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience is defined as: 1) Advise management on administrative matters to include: manpower, civilian personnel management matters, and training; 2) Resolve problems related to administrative policies and procedures; and 3) Manage administrative duties for the organization, such as: conducting briefings, developing reports or internal controls and functions of the organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-02 or GS-11).
