Mandatory Technical Competencies: Expert ability to: Lead a team through the conduct of complex inspections, evaluations, and special reviews, or similar activities, and writing reports or other related products in accordance with established IC IG and I&E Division standards. Exercise professional judgment and critical thinking skills; including the ability to think strategically; identify needs and requirements; form objective conclusions and recommendations based on empirical facts, qualitative and quantitative data, and evidence and other pertinent information; and to consider alternate solutions, courses of action, and strategies to address complex, controversial, or multi-faceted issues. Anticipate issues, balance multiple priorities, and implement effective solutions to prevent problems that might impact timelines and deliverables. Effectively communicate both orally and in writing to senior leaders and managers, external stakeholders, and audiences varying widely in background in clear and logical products that are meaningful, compelling, and relevant. Expert interpersonal skills to foster trust within a team and negotiate, coordinate, and collaborate across the Federal government on complex issues and areas of concern. Lead by example and exemplify core values of Integrity, Independence, Commitment, Diversity, and Transparency. Minimum Qualifications: Experience: Applicant must have demonstrated the required competencies at the GS-15 level in one or more of the following subject matter areas or related fields: intelligence analysis and/or production; collection management and/or related activities; counter-proliferation; Science and Technology; IC-focused acquisition, or any related intelligence discipline/function. The Office of the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (IC IG) was established within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) by the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2010. The IC IGs organizational divisions include Audit, Investigations, Inspections and Evaluations, Mission Support Division, the Center for Protected Disclosures, and Counsel to the Inspector General.
