You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience coordinating and monitoring operation/headquarters work plans ensuring inventory is moving according to schedule and meeting our yearly operation business goals. Experience coordinating with other key analysts in ACE (Automated Campus Examinations), AIMS (Automated Information Management System) and RGS (Report Generating Software) within the operation to ensure inventory movement within automated Batch processing and manual case processing are on schedule- requiring experience with IDRS (Integrated Data Retrieval system) Pulling AIMS listings RGS, CEAS (Correspondence Examination Automated Support) to determine status of a case (e.g. status 08,10,22,24,52,53 etc.) GII (Generalized IDRS Interface) to determine if IDRS correctly updated from RGS/CEAS and other IRS functions, programs & regulations (e.g., Coordinating with AUR to determine if a TC 922 takes priority, or if the case is in a Collection status), including their connectivity and integration to ACE, as well as applicability to all functions of the Business Operating Division. Monitors work plan and complete reconciliations on a regular basis. Pulling status monitoring reports from RGS & IDRS and ensure new start plan is being met. Review and evaluate inventory reports with filters and indexing capabilities using a web browser (e.g., Control-D). Experience utilizing a database to review and maintain data on training hours (e.g., Business Objects). Experience working Discretionary Correspondence Exam processes and procedures which include Tax Audits and Tax Law. Experience utilizing database queries tables and reports [e.g., AIMS, Centralized Information System (ACIS)]. Experience gathering data to create queries, tables and reports using databases [e.g., ACCESS, Statistic Sample Inventory Validation Listing (SSIVL) and (ACIS)]. Lead meetings; provide oversight and guidance to support operations. Using applications to systemically interface and export data (e.g., Earned Income Tax Credit Referral automation (EITCRA) to interface with IDRS). AND MEET TIME IN GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT: You must meet applicable TIG requirements to be considered eligible. To meet TIG for positions above the GS-05 grade level, you must have served at least one year (52 weeks) at the next lower grade (or equivalent) in the normal line of progression for the position you are applying to. Advancement to positions up to GS-05 is permitted if the position to be filled is no more than two grades above the lowest grade held within the preceding 52 weeks. AND TIME AFTER COMPETITIVE APPOINTMENT: By the closing date (or if this is an open continuous announcement, by the cut-off date) specified in this job announcement, current civilian employees must have completed at least 90 days of federal civilian service since their latest non-temporary appointment from a competitive referral certificate, known as time after competitive appointment.
