To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level: Managing an engineering/science project or project portfolio, including implementation or operations for a science mission or payload project; Determining short- or long-term project goals, setting priorities, tracking and evaluating budgets, schedules, risks and technical or science requirements; Leading or working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineer/science team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. The Flight Systems Implementation Branch (SCF), within the Space Biosciences Division (SC), at Ames Research Center is seeking a highly skilled individual to serve as Science Payload Project Manager/Technical Monitor. You will lead a team of skilled scientists and engineers in the development of a variety of spaceflight bioscience payloads.
