Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command - Department of the Navy

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ensuring the accuracy, reliability, timeliness and propriety of fiscal transactions from the myriad financial systems; 2) Applying accounting concepts, principles, and methods for financial transactional input management and general administration management; 3) Utilizing principles, methods, techniques, and systems of financial management and funds administration; 4) Planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the performance of a wide range of complex financial programs and procedures; 5) Providing expert interpretation of accounting reports, statements, and other accounting data; and 6) Performing accounting administration, funds control, and general ledger maintenance functions.
