The Screen-out Element for this position is: BILITY TO DO THE WORK OF THE POSITION WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION. Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks under general supervision including: 1) Assisting in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting electronic control equipment and systems, such as, commercial and industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems; 2) Making repairs to systems that include analog and/or direct digital control (DDC) systems used in heating ventilation; air conditioning, and refrigeration systems; and 3) Use shop and trade practices to solve operation and repair problems, applying theoretical concepts, and interpreting electronic, electrical, mechanical drawings, and specifications Applicants must meet the requirements of the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Job Qualification Handbook for Trades and Labor Occupations.
