Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band (GS-11/12 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assessing contracts, interacting with private contractors, and analyzing proposals to support engineering and technical service contracts. Examples of Qualifying Experience may include writing performance-based statements of work and instruction on how to translate requirements into performance objectives with clearly defined outcomes; interpreting Navy and DoD policies, guidelines, and regulations; researching contract compliance issues; issuing guidance and advice on behalf of the Contracting Officer. You will serve as a Task Order Manager delegated by the Contracting Officer to assist in the technical monitoring and administration of tasks awarded against multi-million-dollar engineering and technical support service contracts of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA). This is not a high-grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13, Step 10 (currently $150,535).
