EVENTS SPECIALIST

GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience planning, developing, coordinating, and executing high-level events, programs, and commemorative functions; Experience effectively communicating (oral and written) and interacting comfortably with Senior Leaders; Experience working independently with minimal to no supervision; Experience negotiating solutions between governmental fiscal authorities, contractors, and supporting installation agencies; and Experience overseeing the successful execution of VIP events. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with planning, developing, coordinating, and executing high-level and VIP events, programs, and commemorative functions; Experience providing superior communication (oral and written) and interacting comfortably with Senior Leaders; and Experience assisting with the development of agendas, collating presentations, and producing collateral material (notepad, pens, folder, and name badges) for seminars.
