Selective Placement Factor (SPF): This position has an SPF which is current registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (RA) from any state, the District of Columbia, Guam or Puerto Rico. If you meet this requirement, you must provide a copy of your current registration with your application. A copy of a wall certificate that does not show current registration status will not serve to verify you meet this requirement. In addition to the SPF and Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Providing expert technical leadership in integrating programs and policy issues affecting completion of products or services; 2) Assessing complex management processes or systems for improvement; 3) Advising on the development of policies, standards, or procedures; 4) Providing program management including budget and scope compliance; and 5) Providing technical decisions on issues related to project management (e.g., scheduling, funding, project coordination, and contract interpretation).
