GS-06: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: responsible for help desk operations, resolution of travel issues, accuracy of travel database(s), tables and certifications, and sustainment training requirements. GS-05: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-04) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: understands a wide variety or rules, regulations, and procedures related to travel arrangements, tracking, training, and administering the travel card program for the command.
