GENERAL AND SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS: GS-12 – 1 year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems. GS-11 – 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Experience analyzing and interpreting policies and the procedures of higher headquarters/management as to applicability to current policies. Experience presenting and discussing complex matters in a clear and convincing manner. Experience in communicating with people from various backgrounds and circumstances. Must have at least 1 year specialized experience or equivalent to the GS11 level or equivalent. Maintains appropriate agency grants management certification. Fiscal Law, Master Cooperative Agreement Training certification every 3 years
This is an Open Title 5 Excepted Service Non-Uniformed Personnel position, open to the Public and Veterans following the MN National Guard Merit Placement plan. AGENCY: MN Air and Army National Guard LOCATION: Camp Ripley, MN SELECTION OFFICAL: Col Cloutier, 320-616-2729 This is an Excepted Service position in the MN National Guard. Membership in the National Guard is not required for employment. Competitive service employees may apply however will be converted to Excepted service if hired.
