General Experience: Experience or training which demonstrates ability to: Organize assignments for subordinates Estimate material and manpower needed for specific jobs Explain manuals and work procedures Prepare production records, work records and reports Specialized Experience: Experience or training working in activities such as: Large fuel depots or fuel farms with complex, interconnecting line and pipe arrangements, and frequent requirements for large scale movement and transfer of a variety of liquid fuels. Must have experience operating Heavy Expanded Mobility Tactical Truck (tanker) on an active flight line. Must have experience maintaining Army forms and record keeping standards, associated with petroleum distribution.
This job opportunity is for an FUEL DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WORKER (SSC), position description D1352000, within the AASF-1 of the New Jersey National Guard. This vacancy announcement is a Title 32, Excepted Service position. The purpose of this position is to serve as shop chief over a small organizational segment in a maintenance function with responsibility for the overall shop operation.
