ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Ensures programs remain responsive when mission climate and requirements change by monitoring performance and feedback and developing creative solutions with no daily supervision. 2. Demonstrates polished oral and written communication skills to compose, tailor, and deliver original presentations and papers on abstract and exceptionally complex questions or issues in a way that allows a varied audience to understand the intended message and objectives. 3. Develops and employs strategies to analyze key issues, drawing conclusions from data and recommending viable solutions to address Agency mission needs. 4. Applies innovative approaches to obtain feedback to enhance skills and facilitate improvement in processes, products and services, while considering emerging organizational issues. 5. Uses limited information to solve a variety of complex problems during a crisis situation HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Demonstrated experience as a first or second-level supervisor. 2. STEM degree and/or experience guiding subject matter experts to develop solutions for technical challenges. 3. Experience establishing financial/budgetary goals, timetables, milestones, etc. for organizational programs and conducting cost benefit analyses to monitor utilization of resources.
