Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Manage the assignment of personnel, funds, equipment/property and facilities in order to achieve mission success; AND 2) Utilize process improvement tools to recommend improvements to current processes in an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13/NH-03). About the Position: This Program Manager is located at U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range, Mission Support Directorate with duty location of Whites Sands Missile Range, Dona Ana, New Mexico ATEC U.S. Army White Sands Missile Range uses salary control points within the salary range to allow for differentiation in the level of positions within the same broadband. Therefore, the salary for this position will be set no higher than $186,854 (with locality).
