Only experience and education obtained by 10/25/2024 will be considered. In order to qualify for this position, you must possess the Minimum Qualification: Minimum Qualification [GS-06]: One (1) year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to at least the GS-05 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes: review an organization’s funds or financial data to ensure accuracy; prepare and ensure accuracy of time and attendance reports through an electronic time and attendance system; procure supplies, equipment or services in accordance with regulations governing the type of purchase; prepare oral briefings and written reports for management on financial or administrative matters; provide organizational support services for an organization such as preparing forms, documents or correspondence, or responding to procedural questions from the public. NOTE: Your resume must contain sufficient detail to prove you have one year experience performing these duties. Minimum Qualification [GS-07]: One (1) year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to at least the GS-6 grade level in Federal service. Specialized experience includes: knowledge of administrative functions; knowledge in the use of various word processing and spreadsheet software; coordinating procurement and contracting regulations, policy and procedures; knowledge of annual work planning and analyzing funding requirements; preparing/reviewing travel vouchers; preparing and submitting payment packets; serving as a timekeeper using an automated system; coordinating staff training; maintaining file system; knowledge of personnel functions and procedures and preparation and monitoring of personnel actions; meeting and communicating effectively with others. NOTE: Your resume must contain sufficient detail to prove you have one year experience performing these duties. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
