I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing data calls and providing recommendations (e.g., organizational restructuring, re-engineering, and installation policies) to streamline mission process and operations. You will serve as a OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the Future Operations Assessment and Analyst Department of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII. Incentives may be consider. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary. COLA is subject to change at any time.
